We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our team. The Padel Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, managing staff, ensuring smooth scheduling of courts, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to plan and execute tournaments, events, and programs that grow membership and engagement. Applicants should ideally have previous management experience in sports, hospitality, or leisure, with knowledge of padel or racket sports considered an advantage. Financial management, staff supervision, and marketing experience are also key requirements. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during events is essential.
The Padel Staff will support the manager and ensure members enjoy a high-quality experience at the club. Their responsibilities include , assisting with bookings and check-ins, maintaining courts and equipment, preparing for events, and providing friendly, professional customer service. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to take on varied tasks such as reception duties, court setup, and event support. Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage, and an interest in padel or tennis is desirable. Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays will be required.
